At this time we only accept payment by major credit cards such as VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Unfortunately we have no way of knowing why the system does let you process the order, try to use another payment method or you can also try using a different browser or computer, sometimes that works.
We always look to offer the best ingredients in our supplements and that can take time. You can be sure that we will only offer supplements that we will consume ourselves.
We do not have the exact date but as soon as they are available we will announce it by email and by text message, make sure you are subscribed so you do not miss the notifications.
Sometimes the mail or the company that makes the delivery may indicate that they delivered the package but they do not deliver it until days later. We ask you to wait a few days and if they do not deliver it after, contact us at support@myvidaorigins.com and we can assist you.
You probably chose the third option when placing your order, which is the option to subscribe and get a 15% discount. It is important to choose the first option where it says "One-Time Purchase" so that your purchase is not recurring.
